About my child's sleep

Most babies wake overnight. They have small tummies and need to feed regularly.
As your child gets older, it can be exhausting when they don't sleep. Sleep Action have information for children and families on how to get a good night's sleep including advice on:
- How to help your child wind down for sleep
- Environmental factors and habits that might be making it harder to sleep
- How to keep the stress out of bedtime
They also have information sheets on specific issues such as night terrors, sleep walking, bedwetting and sleep issues for children with eczema.
A booklet to accompany this video can be found on the Sleep Action website
