The death of a child is the most traumatic experience any family can go through. While every family’s experience will be different, the initial days, weeks and months following your child’s death are likely to be extremely difficult.
The Family Bereavement Service are a hospital based service offering support for families who have lost a child.
The Child Death Review Team will be in touch and help you through the process.

When a child dies it can feel completely overwhelming, and the bereavement care and support we offer soon afterwards can be too much. For this reason, we remain open to you and your family for as long as you need us.
